The AXCO KS20 is a fully electric, medium-duty machine designed for melting and pumping hot melts in labeling applications. It features a 20 lb. (9.1 kg) tank capacity and supports a melt rate of 20 lb./hr. (9.1 kg/hr). The temperature range of 100°F to 450°F (38°C to 232°C) is adjustable via a direct-mount thermostat controller, ensuring precise heat management. Accommodating granular, flake, or block forms, the KS20 is versatile for various hot melt needs. Its robust design includes a heated melt tank and a motor-driven gear pump, all managed by precise thermostat temperature control. Additionally, the unit's safety features, such as a system power circuit breaker and thermal overload protector, ensure reliable and secure operation.
